In-Store Purchases

General Requirements: We accept returns within 14 days if paid by card with both receipts. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Refunds are made on cards only. No cash refunds.
December Holiday Policy: Any purchases made in December are fully exchangeable and refundable if paid by card until January 31st the following year.

*Bottoms include: skirts, dresses, pants, shorts, overalls
Any other product purchased in-store may be eligible for a one-time exchange.

Online Purchases

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to contact us and return your purchases. To be eligible for a return, your products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Sales are final for all products under $10.
Our team verifies every order for imperfections prior to sealing the packages.
You need to provide original proof of purchase for your products, being your order number or receipt.

Refunds

Once we have received your package, we will verify the transaction. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (as much as possible).
Depending on your payment/credit card issuer's policies, you might only be eligible to receive an in-store or online credit.

Important: You take full responsibility for the postage costs for returning your item(s). Postage fees are non-refundable.

Lost in Mail

Though we require a tracking number, we take video proof of every package we hand to shipping carriers. We take no responsibility if postal institutions lose your package during transit.
